Challenge
Elo wanted to inspire staff to leverage AI technologies and create a forum where experts from different units could innovate together — practically and with impact.
Approach
We designed and facilitated a two-day hackathon where multidisciplinary teams built AI prototypes for real business challenges. We provided technical support, mentoring, and a structured innovation process.
